can someone kill that stupid add please "outlander"

its all over my screen every time i refresh "adds are just arrggggg"

i know you need em but the flash ones SUCK i know i make em ;/

one tip "PEOPLE HATE ADDS" more so the stupid ones were they POP up UN WANTED... yes its called a FLASH roll over

please ATS i know you need money but i will be willing to PAY to get rid of adds more so the CRAP flash ROLL OVER of OUTLANDER...
