Here in America it depends on the state. In the states where people have been doing it, it's perfectly fine. As long as the people don't try to take
the guns into the actual area where the speech is being given, and remain outside, it's perfectly fine. The secret service, however, won't allow
people to bring guns into the auditorium where the president is speaking, for obvious reasons.
It's a good idea to bring a gun if you don't mind being watched very closely by the police (probably for the rest of your life), but as long as they
don't break any laws and don't start shooting there is no problem.
There are also those who believe these individuals may have been planted by the democrats to make the opposition seem more radical.
