Why can't I view ATS media videos?

I never tried to view ats media videos before, but a recent thread on one got my attention. Nothing ever loaded in the ats media window in the thread. I thought it might have something to do with Firefox, so I tried in IE. Same situation. I have the latest versions of each and as far as I can tell all the latest flash, java, etc, as well as drivers. Am I supposed to do something in order to view the videos, or some setting I might be missing? It's likely that I am having a brain fart after a long day and its something simple. Any help?

I sometimes have issues with IE but not firefox. Worked fine on both I just checked. Do you have any third party add ons on your browsers?

I think I just found my problem. I learned my laptop was having the same issue. The only similarity I could see was my antivirus software. I use Kaspersky internet security and something about that was prohibiting the video from loading. If I disable it, the video loads.

They might want to make a note about that somewhere if they haven't already.

I cannot view them either. The ones embeded in threads I can view fine but the ones that are in the ATS video section I cannot view. I thought maybe I had to sign up for something else and did not bother with it. I have tried many of them and none work. I am glad I am not the only one. So what is the deal? Thanks Wolf321.
