Suspected sex ring enslaving undocumented women raided

More than 100 federal agents and police fanned out in Suffolk County, starting Monday morning shortly after midnight, in raids aimed at smashing a ring that allegedly enslaved women, forcing them to serve as sex workers in bars that catered to undocumented immigrants

She also said she was repeatedly raped by one of the operators of the ring, and an unidentified male who worked for the ring smashed her head into the pavement of a parking lot repeatedly as a way of enforcing discipline.

Arraignment of the three suspects is scheduled for Monday afternoon.

These people should get the death penalty and I am not even for the death penalty.

They also need to ban pornography, some of these porn movies nowadays is real violent and degrading "ive heard".

I don't see a reason to ban porn... if you don't like it don't watch it... and if you have kids...then there are software that will block porn sites and stuff (so you just need to be a responsible parent)

People have been raping since..well..forever..so blaming it on porn and the internet is kind of stupid..

saying if I don't like it don't watch it and secondly you spoke of responsible parenthood.

Neither of these points addressed the point I was making.

I may do my best to avoid these videos and restrict it from my future kids, but my point was about OTHERS, not me or my family members.

I think bringing the issue of porn into this thread will only derail it...

While it does have some connections with such rings as this, that is not the real issue at hand.

Just like banning guns because criminals kill people with them. Fight the cause, not the effect.

Human trafficking is just like slavery. It pretty much is slavery. These people must have grown up in some weird situations.

Honestly, that's all you can really do anything about... you and yours. Unless you are policeman or something.

This is a horrible thing either way.
