I read an article yesterday in the Daily Express about a man, an historian, who claim that the boomerang is not an aborigne invention, but had been discovered about 4000 AD in Yorkshire, UK !

I really sorry.
But I've done a boolean search before posting this.

www.abovetopsecret.com...

And, from the other post, you said :

That's just fine and dandy.

Australian aboriginals have inhabited the great southern land for 40,000 years in comparison.

Yes, but the argument of the historian is that before the british immigrants colonization, aborigens used thrown sticks to hunt.

The Brit's can have complete bragging rights as far as i'm concerned.
When one considers English food, it makes perfect sense they would
claim this 'fact'.
English food + Boomerang invented in U.K. = An object you can
throw as hard as you can, but 30sec later it will smack ya' in da head

How come there is what appears to an identical carving about
5ft away, diag' upper left on the light gray rock. Doesn't make
sense to carve 2 so close to each other unless it was a 'draft'

I saw the tail too, IKN. It's also on the 'other one'. And both
carvings are facing roughly the same direction.
