After I'm done with my current program, I should have a vertical leap of 29 inches (meaning I can touch a 125" mark at that time).
That's all fine and good but to dunk in a game you need a higher vertical than that. Something like 34" to 40" is what you need.
Anway, has anyone actually done a polymetric program? Anything to watch out for? I'll be drinking a ton of water because I'll be taking creatine.
