A spiritual conspiracy

Here's something I stumpled upon that I found quite uplifting:

At first glance our work is not even visible.

And yet with our combined efforts
Entire tectonic plates
Are being shaped and moved for centuries to come.

This really struck a nerve with what's been on my mind lately.
There's a lot of talk about revolution going around these days, unfortunately a lot of it revolves around guns
& dragging people out into the streets & hanging them

A violent revolution can never succeed in bringing real change. History has demonstrated this countless times.

You have to be the change you want to see in the world. So if you want the world to become a more peaceful,
loving place you must become a more peaceful, loving person

That is right each person is doing their part. Chipping at the system one step at a time. Look at the Revolutions in other countries. They aren't fighting each other, they are fighting for freedom. Some people on this forum talk about living the life of MadMax or something, and think that is great. Well I got news for that person. If it ever got to that point, there will a majority of good people that want a peaceful way of existence.
