UPDATE: Debunked, for some reason wasn't seeing the seagull. Lol, overlooked the simplest solution.

Found this on MUFON.org and found it to be an interesting photo nonetheless. I have taken the time to enlarge the "U.F.O." in the photo. I have no evidence supporting the authenticity of this phenomenon, but this does seem to be a very clear photo. For more information the user submitted photo can be found here, and if you would like to see the report go to MUFON.org and view the 20 most recent UFO sightings. If you scroll down a bit it is the sighting reported today 7/29/2009 for ME,US.

I can defiantly understand "seagull" being a reasonable explanation for this sighting, however from my perspective it just doesn't fit the match, visually.

I agree it looks definately like a seagull, its orientation makes it hard to outline, but i vote seagull as well.

Wouldn't it make sense if you were trying to make a UFO "invisible"... The most obvious thing to do would be to build it in the shape of a seagull? Wouldn't have to worry about cloaking technology... simple. Just saying..... I'm not ready to give this up as debunked yet
