That is good graphic for the most part, the one thing they didn't say though, is what if all of them happen? I could definitely see all of them happening in succession, like a chain reaction.

The thing about it though is that the commercial real estate is coming, and so is a second wave of ARM resets.

Positive economic news = oil price spike

Overnight (miraculous) recovery = overnight July 2008 oil prices.
