So many have said in the past that Hawaiian officials merely stated that they possess Obama's birth certificate and never stated that he was born in the USA.

Well here it is, pretty cut and dry.

Still I am sure many will feel that this is merely a ploy by the government and that Dr. Fukino is merely lying on behalf of Obama.

Still this should in a sane setting put the birther rumors to rest.
