Cell phone problems

About 30 minutes ago I was talking to my grandmother and had my very first dropped call. I thought it was weird that after 15 or so minutes I could not make a call still, so I checked all of the phones we keep in the back (7 through 3 different providers) and all but one have no service where they would normally have 4 "bars" and one only has one "bar."

I also checked with my coworker and he has no service. Anyone else having this issue? I'm in the capital region of upstate NY if that helps any. I heard about some sun activity that was going to supposedly affect cell phones but I think that time frame passed by over a week ago. Nothing on any news or cell provider sites... Anyone?

That's what I have. Just came back about 5 minutes ago. weird.

Devices like this are becoming more common.
