My nick name's a bit ironic.

So, I'm looking up some old gods, and I remember one that's become my favorite.

Anansi, the trickster god, the teller of stories. Represented by the spider, weaver of webs.

Not necessarily much of a roll model, to be sure.

However, one thing people have complemented me on is story telling. I can't write worth a darn, but I talk up a good yarn.

A few years ago I was just putting words together and got my screen name. Never thought much about it until now.

Not claiming any relation to the fellow, to be sure. But it makes me go "Huh."
