In the early summer of 2008, there was major media attention given to a local owner of a massage studio in Edmonton being charged by members of the police department for prostitution related offences.

The individual was later convicted in 2009 on seven out of eight prostitution-related charges, including two counts of keeping a common bawdy house and three counts of living on the avails of prostitution.

The three videos speak volumes about the hypocrisy of the police in operating a two tiered justice system in Edmonton.

The Ministry of Justice is responsible for the criminal codes of Canada and other related fields of justice, the provincial government of Alberta is responsible for the enforcement of the laws under the C.C.C., and the Mayor and Council are responsible for the Bylaw Programs in the City of Edmonton.

C.L.A.S.S. CANADA mailed out a report of this two tiered form of justice in June this year; and the report was sent to Canada's Minister of Justice, the Director of Municipal Affairs in Alberta, the Mayor and Council for the city of Edmonton, as well as the Chief of Police for Edmonton.
