Well it appears they have the capstone in place on this one. Unlike our dollar that has it "almost" in place.

Also it appears that North America is at the top being represented by the maple leaf. Which is Canada's national emblem could signify North American dominance?

Currency has to be backed with the full faith and credit of the issuing nation. What nation will put their economy on the line to back the currency? It's a fool's idea to create a universal currency. The closest we will ever come is Visa or something like it.

I've read through most of the posts on this thread, and have to agree that this is a most alarming and "in your face" development.

I wouldn't discount the possibilities of a global currency. Much of the world's currency is now electronic anyways, so this might not be as big a step as you might think.

What is scary to me is that the same nice folks that brought you the 911, WWI and WWII, the Holocaust, and many other nightmarish scenarios, are the same folks that want to usher in this new world currency.

The more that I think of it, the more I think that there will not be a North American Union, that we will skip that process and go right for the New World Order instead. We are moving like a freight train towards that end and it is happening faster than ever.

As an American, our country is beginning to take on the looks of Communist China and the old Soviet Empire of yesteryear. We are in debt up to our eyeballs, and we have a government that doesn't seem to be all that bothered with it as they run up the deficit even further with silly bailouts and economic "stimulus" that hasn't helped the Average Joe one iota.

We have massive government bureaucracy, corruption, fraud, destruction of our Constitution, massive unemployment, massive immigrant problems, jobs shipped overseas, etc. I can barely watch the news anymore as it makes me sick to my stomach seeing our great country being turned into a Jerry Springer TV show.

Isn't this purposeful, deliberate destruction to usher in a global financial system with a global currency? Destruction of our culture, our economic system, our currency, our way of life?

Do you really trust a Russian President that promotes a global currency? Are you serious? It wasn't that long ago that Russia was our main archenemy. How soon we forget our history.

There is nothing the average person can do now but watch this nightmare scenario unfold. Your New World Order will be no different than the Gulag Archipelago on a global scale. It's not a matter of if, but simply when at this point. I don't think any amount of resistance will stop these global changes.

Wow, I missed that. So instead of the coin being representative of Baphomet, it's a representation of the Star of David or Red Shield (or Sign) (Rothschild?)

I seriously HOPE this grandiose view of global domination is more realistic on paper and not real life....

I just finished Jim Marrs last work "The Rise of the Fourth Reich"

He also makes a lot of sense.

One reason the US might assent to a new currency is that there are untold billions in counterfeit dollars all over the world emanating from places like North Korea, China, Italy, the Philippines, etc.

Can you imagine the procedure for exchanging your dollars. A computer check would have to be made on every serial number to see if it's valid. Complicated when duplicates exist.

There would be a lot of disappointed people.

i dont know. i just dont want me or my (future)kids to be slaves to the system. not like i already am, at least i feel free-ish. noone bothers me when i leave work, and noone shows up at my house to make sure i drank the flouride water, noone shows up to make sure i dont pay attention to them and instead watch american idol, and im not searched just for walking down the street.

i think it would be easier to go to the places that ive always wanted to visit though if we didnt need passports anymore(?). i think we could be in space more and sooner if we got rid of money altogether and just got the stuff we needed to survive and thrive. except i love guns, jetskis, 4wheelers, and video games, and i dont see me buying any of that when money disappears.

im so confused as to what will actually happen. if i had my way as a little kid, wed all have phasers and barcodes on our heads and flying around in space. today, i just want to hang out with my friends and not get forced to do anything other than what i want.

well see tho. everyone make sure your arms and legs are inside the vehicle at all times and secure any loose items before liftoff. we should be reaching our destination (where ever that may be) soon enough.....

What sets a coins "value"?

Will there be no more bills? I'll stick to VISA if I have to carry around coins.

What guarentee do we have that in the Transition from the Dollar to the NWO coin, we don't get ripped off? I guess this makes me feel like a price hike will happen, by retailers, as the consumer doesnt know the value of what they hold.

of course we'll get ripped off. that would be the whole point adopting this coin in US. we would be completely without resources and recourse. only those who are well connected will have anything resembling a life. i don't think you would call it a coup when it's brought about by the government, but it would turn our country upside down.

even as i write this stuff i know it sounds like fearmongering, but it seems to me that everything that has happened in the past months has been a rip off of the american people with express content to make us powerless and desperate. hard to believe this move would be different.
