My nephew, Nathan, was snapping some picture of the Mesa, AZ skyline. Later, when reviewing the images, he noticed a grey disk that appeared to be suspended in the sky. A picture taken immediately before showed no object. No post event image was caputured.

UFO or windshield debris?

Do you have a higher resolution copy of this picture?

That would certainly help with image analysis.

Do you have any more pictures of the windshield?

Bird? Balloon? Bug splat? Could be anything. Except for an alien craft.

Because we know that the universe is so small that earth is the only planet that could possibly have life.

It's not a bug splat or a bird..... You have eyes.... you should already know that... Unless of course they need to be checked.

Yeah, the only thing is he may have used photo shop to shrink the image down. Basically we need the original raw image from the camera. Until that is produced, i have to agree with you.

to the OP: I'm pretty sure that purposefully perpetrating a hoax on ATS will get your account banned.

Hi Brisa! Thank you for sharing this. The only way to ever analyze a photo is to have the original, unaltered photo. This photo has been tampered with therefore NO analysis can be done.

Can you upload the original, unaltered photo to your Account at MATS. Just log in with your ATS username/password. Go to the upper right hand side and go to MY ACCOUNTS, MY PICTURES and upload. Copy the [ atsimg] code into your post

I created an album called "Mesa, AZ skyine". It contains two pictures that Nathan emailed to me. They are both small files (203 and 143 KB) and may have been taken with a camera phone.

The picture without the object was taken first. No follow up picture was taken.

I'm sorry I am not that familiar with HTML coding and your last instruction is confusing. Hope you can view the pictures.

OK...I figured it out. Here's the first picture.

And here is the one with the object.

He was just curious...as was I.

The image comes through with the critical area of the photo cut off. Anyway to fix that?

I managed to post the images that I recieved from my nephew by email to the picture area in myATS under the album name "Mesa, AZ skyline". Can anything more be discovered about the object from those files?
