Nice. However i wonder - technology for all this really exists for decades. EKG, radio waves, fan and even hardest technology of all - ping pong ball - none of this is technological breakthrough. So similar technologies clearly are known to military/security for long time. It is surely being implemented already in all kinds of gadgets. And yet first time i hear about it is your post. Very nice. Those guys can keep a secret really well.

"mind over matter" seems to be a bit of an exaggeration to me.

I guess it is mind over mattter, but not quite what I was expecting before I hit the link... I was thinking DARPA and was a bit surprised when the newsman mentioned it, but I guess that's good.

The potential for use in medicine is staggering though, but I guess the military will have the funding to really use this.

Good. I can't wait. I've always wished that I could just levitate instead of having to walk when I overeat. Will come in handy, dontcha think??

just a note- this little device could actually help us to really learn to affect matter just by using our mind. How? By teaching our subconscious to BELIEVE that we can do it! Belief is 90% & faith is 10%=!00%. Anything is possible KNOWING this!!
