Cop Tasers Great-Grandmother

For the love of me when will it end?
I am not posting this in the hopes of causing shock or outrage. The sad fact is, this is so commonplace now no one bats an eye anymore than they would at watching the weather.
It is almost as if the pigs are trying to taser the weakest most defenseless amongst us. What is next, Tasering retarded one armed great great grandmothers with clubbed feat and a speech impediment?

Just so you know, these A-holes will NOT stop until WE stop them!!!!
