PESHAWAR: Tribal militants kidnapped over 500 students of the Razmak Cadet College from the Bakkakhel Frontier Region, Bannu, adjacent to the North Waziristan tribal region, on Monday, according to government and police officials.

‘This is a serious development and will have far-reaching repercussions,’ a senior security official said.

Looks like Taleban is really driven to corner - their tactics seems to move similar with war in Cheznya ( Beslan )... 500 Innocents makes huge human shield for several fighters, but great losses in support psy-ops.

This really can turn ugly - and we are about to witness huge tragedy if Pakistan Army has no quality troops to handle this kind of situation... Anyway this operation will hit popularity of Talibans - 500 scary families will rise up fast in media.

Psy-Op for Pakistan government is set up - if they need wide support from public - by handling this well... Talebans will meet huge defeat with causing this kind of sad events. I am hoping all the best for kidnaped youths.

Scumbags. Look at that photo of the students. They are friggin kids! Only low life scumbags kidnap kids to use in their wargames.

Human sewage, the Taliban. I hope it does not turn out like Beslan, where so many kids died because of terrorists.

Whatever they are planning, they have obviously not thought this out very well. Could cost them alot of street cred.
