I'm not sure what Chilean city this object was filmed hovering over. It sure is unique in its appearance and flight behavior . Any thoughts on this one?

Looks very much like someone holding a lamp in front of a window and swiping their hand across it while someone else records the reflection.

That thing was way too big and way too low.

The shaking at the end was a nice touch
, they over exaggerated it quite a bit.
