A recurring theme within terrorist attacks is that there may be an Al-Qaeda operative within the United States, secretly awaiting to hatch a plan. So, an important question comes up that we most likely will never know:

Did Bush's administration send in a cell to Al-Qaeda?

If they did, automatically, you couldn't have your contact be sent on suicide missions. His work would have to keep him alive. But, could there be a man, or men, within the organization, secretly plotting to bring it down?

And if so, are they in the Middle East? As it has been shown, Al-Qaeda stretches all over the world, having contacts and smaller groups in many countries?

Is it plausible, though, for a cell to be in Al-Qaeda?

Al-Queda was wanting recruits.

So you send recruits. Your recruits.

If you're smart, that is.
