Clear conscience

after astral projection i tend to have a crystal clear mind. My troubles disappear and my ability to solve problems and answer questions greatly improves along with certain mental abilities such as poetry and drawing. Can anyone else achieve this state and if so could they describe their experience? and Is there a a scientific reason that describe the feeling someone has after astral projection ? please leave questions and comments
