UFO seen at WTC 13 months before 9/11

Hey, I was just wondering if anyone had any extra info on this video on Youtube, I remember seeing it in a illuminati thing awhile ago, supposedly the fact that it was seen 13 months before 911 happened is symbolic in someway to UFOs and the NWO and the like.
