This has been discussed here before, makes me want to puke. I think it was originally posted on one of AJ's sites. In my opinion this is where the guns get taken first. They will use a surround your foe and drive him to the center tactic. Local, State and Federal combined with private security possibly U.N. involvement. Not going to be pretty.
