KayEm makes an amazing cheese quesidilla. Of course I hadn't even heard of them until I came to the West Coast. She then introduced me to Mexican cuisine ... excellent ... nice and spicy, just like I like food to be !

Blended fruit drinks really puts me in a good mood.

strawberries, a few rasps, banans, crushed ice cubes, and water... makes it really frothy and puts u in a happy mood...

I'm guessing all the vitamins and minerals in em?

Also I agree with mexican cuisine.....I love don pablo's..
there's a real mexican restuarant we used to go to aswell that served excellent quesidellas (sp?) burrito's chimicanga's, enchilada's and tacos... The real deal there... There salsa was to die for as well, luckily the lady gave me her recipe... have yet to try it though.

it's something like cilantro, crushed tomatos, vinegar, lemon juice, garlic?, I don't remember... good tho.

Refried beans get me too.....*drools** they are soo good when u mix it with your food.

Yeah, a good breakfeast usually put me in a good mood too, especially if it's on a hangover morning. And if the coffee's real good, then I'm setted for the day.

Yesssssss !!!! I'm not a big fan of ice-cream, but that particular flavour rocks. I also loved their "Rain Forest Crunch" until they retired it to the Ben & Jerrys Graveyard

Anyway, fav happy foods:

Pizza, NY style...with plenty of cheese, jalapenos and pepperoncinis.

Mexican food....especially chili relenos and spanish rice, and of course quesadillas and burritos. I make great BIG ones that it's almost impossible to wrap your mouth around.

Pasta...anytime, anywhere..sigghhhh. With lots of parmesan cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.

I forgot: a really good nabeyaki udon rocks. The perfect thing on a cold rainy day.
I had a penne alfredo last night w/ toasted breadcrumbs at a party. I ate about 2,193 pounds of it.
And bacon. Mmmmmmm. Good, hot, CRISP bacon. Mmmmmmmmm.

AND: oven baked chicken with a crispy potato crust. There is a recipe for this on the side of some Potato Buds boxes. It rocks!

I guess I'm hungry
