Here is another great example of the police going way too far. This same exact scenario happened to Ryan Moats (Link to story). The officer that did this to Ryan Moats was put on administrative leave and didn't even contribute to his mother-in-laws death. The officer in question here held up this person eleven minutes and was only 100 yards from the hospital for an expired tag. The elderly woman eventually died at the hospital after the officer called an ambulance and made them wait.

The deputy was given a one day suspension and as far as I am concerned, he contributed to this woman's death.
