Your title isn't quite telling the true story. The state of Georgia has nothing to do with this...it was just a group of 26 ordinary citizens who so called "indited him"

This morning, I spoke to Georgia resident Carl Swensson, whose work is detailed on his Rise up for America website. The computer specialist says he got tired of the issues over Obama's eligibility, as well as his performance in office.

So, over the weekend he assembled 25 jurors who took sworn testimony from several sources, including attorney Orly Taitz, and then generated an indictment that later was forwarded to the U.S. attorney, the state attorney general and others in law enforcement across the state.

There is nothing legal about what they did, and their so called inditement will no doubt end up in the trash where it belongs.

Most states like Georgia have tons of common law statues that allow such citizens action - it appears Georgia has to take action or it could go to population vote on the next ballot. GA is less complex than you might think. after all, Its a Common Law State.
