This is a couple of years old thou Washington Post; Chinese Buildup Here is something from last year Washington Time; Chinese Buildup . If you google recent chinese buildup, they have had alot of activity within the last 5 years. As for this one Chinese Military . China is doing things and they really don't care we everyone has to say, like always.

Oh yea, there is this as well US concern over china buildup . What Republican Sen. John Warner has to say is absolutely hilarous. As a sovereign nation, you don't have to explain nothing. Our own gov't spends billions on defense and won't even tell its own citizens what it's used for..what makes you think that the Chinese are gonna tell you what they are spending their cake on. I bet it's the same thing as us.
