All the union has to do is get half of the workers to sign a card and its done. You may not even know what happened until it's already over. It will do away with the secret ballot and don't let anyone tell you differently.

IMHO the threat of unionization in this very difficult economic climate should be taken very seriously. Even the costs of litigation involved could put a company into bankrupsy. What is Pelosi thinking??
