OBAMA IS NOT A GOD

The Obama speech last night made me sick its just all political double talk and what makes me sick about it is people are blindingly following him like he a savior or god. I had to turn his speech off last night for 4reasons . 1 he said the stimulus bill(spending bill) was past without earmarks are u kidding me it was all earmarks for the most part at least 1/3 rd of it anyway 2. He wants to cut the deficit in half but yet he wants to spend 5 trillion not billion but trillion dollars in his first 6months in office beyond the budget. 3 He wants to cut military funding but yet wants to increase troop strength , ok so more troops with the best possible equipment or even worse the troops not being given everything they need to fight in future wars. And lastly he said the stimulus bill will SAVE or create 1 to 3 million jobs , ok ok great but tell me Mr. Obama how is that going to get the people that lost there jobs back to work if you only save 3million jobs that are already filled?

It makes me sick that the blind Obama supporters just say to me ‘well we have to do something‘, so he has a good idea just because he’s Obama ' he is the man of change' , the change into socialism maybe. I cannot believe no one is complaining more about the stimulus bill not being made public as early as obama said, he said it would be available for 5 day before the vote to the public, hell even congress did not have time to read before the vote that received it one day before a 6000 page bill in one day to read come on, there politicians not superman. What happened to be open and transparent like he promised, i have not seen it.

In conclusion do not blindly support him , question people in power hold them accountable for what they do or don’t do, I don’t hate obama in anyway I believe in his mind he does want what’s best for this country but the democrats in congress are a joke and should be hung for treason . I FEAR will are now or soon will become the u.s.s.a UNITED SOCIALIST STATES OF AMERICA.

You'll have to excuse me if I didn't get a tattoo w/ another man's face on it because of an election.

You'll have to excuse me if my candidate dropped out of the race early on and I had to vote for McCain simply so there would be one against Obama.

My favorite thing to do before the election was to ask some of those crazy people if they knew anything about specific issues (ie - economics, gun control, etc).... surprisingly enough - lol - no.

I'm also tired of seeing the new book shelf in stores around here cluttered with about 10000 Obama books. That's getting old.

Every store I go in has one, and every single one of them has an entire shelf dedicated to Obama.

A lesson i learned about Conservatives a long time ago:

Conservatives will convince themselves of any lie they can subconsciously conjure.

In this case - you want it to be true that others percieve Obama as a God, so that you have some way of venting your frustrations of loosing office by blasting "liberals" for something preposterous.


Nobody (except you, apparently) views Obama as a God. They view Obama as a new image of America. One that GWB destroyed with one phrase:

"We will bring Democracy to Iraq"

How can republicans (or conservatives, IMO, same thing) on one hand blast Obama and SAY that he's against a free market (though he's not)

and then on the other hand, they BLAST Obama supporters for taking advantage OF the free market?

Anyone else see the hypocrisy spread on too thick in that line of thinking?

I see where the OP is coming from. There are many out there that think Obama can do no wrong...that he is "all that" and then some...Amerika's Great White Hope...

People, have your opinions, supporters and non-supporters...just remember that in most instances, opinions are nothing more than opinions and everybody has 'em.

I do not and will not support the man that has made claim to bring "change"...tho in some instances "change" is good, when done with wisdom...in this instance, there is no wisdom involved....only the breaking on one system to implement another....and there will be those that will blindly follow...waking up only when it is too late to make the correct changes.

Is Obama a "god"...we all are in our own ways...the problems start when others begin to "worship" said god.

He could have easily had said it reminded him of China or North Korea. All of them overly display the image of their leader.

The point he was trying to make was that all of a sudden there has been an explosion of Obama Books. Everytime you go to the book store there there are more and more.
