Got a crappy name you dont like?

Well what name would you like to have? Personally I think my names fine (considering my last name is a German Beer), but ifI ever changed it, I would probably pick something "powerful" like Damon Raines

So if you have to change your name what would it be?

My favorite female name is Elise.

Always liked it and it sounds very delicate and feminine to me.

I'd change my Polish name to Sanji Gupta. I've always liked the sound of that name.

I like mine, even if it is a bit to common. Michael can be shortened to Mike, Mikey, Mik, Mickey, and a few others. I also go by Scott, and a lot of folks call me by my last name, which I don't mind, seeing as it was my dad's and grandfather's name, and as corny as it seems, it makes me a bit proud.

Also, I noticed a few of your threads end up in Rant, OzWeatherman, when you start one in BTS. Even the ones that don't really seem to fit, this on purpose?

I would change mine to Reginald Darkman. For some reason I think that name would be awesome!

Some great ideas here! I quite like my name...it's not Caitlin, but something really similar, although Caitlin is the name I wish my parents HAD given me. Anyway....on a totally flat playing field where we don't have to keep names to make parents happy and can choose our own, mine would be Bathsheba Caitlinfae de Goth. I'm not joking. I would love to see that on my passport.

I'd change mine to...

Snagglepuss McThwingbat O'learylorrytyretread

Trying to stick that in tiny-weeny signature boxes would be a laugh.

Now I am not kidding when I say this...

I've considered changing my name to...........

Tent

People have always called me this, dont know why, dont know where it came from... No its nothing to do with pitching a tent in your pants. freaks!

It doesnt help that my real name is easily translated into something completely inappropriate. To show you how easy if I told my full name to a child of 9 or 10 they would laugh.

and yes, my nickname lead to the invention of my user name.

... or not.

Probably not. Might get me into fights.

I've often been fond of the name Willhelm.
Not sure why.

Tyrone Shoelaces.
Or even Hiyu Mann
My wife calls me alot of names stuff that would probably get me the boot if I repeated them. Kinda makes me sad.

"God" would do...

Seriously, how much fun would that be?

"God bless you" - No I don't.

"God help us!" - Why?

"God dammit!" - Sure, why not... *points and shakes finger*

I'd really rather have preferred a more unusual name...in any group of 10 people, at least 1 will have the same name (and could be girl or guy, depending on the abbreviated form)...

I wouldn't change my name.
I have been raised with a nickname that sticks to this day and with my last name it is pretty cool sounding.
I even have used it for show business because it works so well.
