I have seen this video a lot of times, and even the officer on the original audio doesnt have a clue as to what that object is!

Since it's near Nellis and it appears to be a real object and not a hoax, it could be something being tested. If it was not from this world and truly unidentified, our own military planes would've been there in a heartbeat.
