UFO in Texas video and newspaper report

The "UFO" has a very strange tumbling motion.

What can this one be?

It looks a lot like it's falling to me - maybe a rocket stage? I don't think it's fallen from orbit though, not falling quick enough. Was anything reported hitting the ground within say a 50 - 100 mile radius of that sighting?

Have we never seen litter picked up by the wind and being tossed about? Why is this tumbling so "strange"? Anyone who lives near humanity has seen garbage being tossed about. Looks like a pretty windy day by looking at the trees in the front of the vid...

But on a happier note, it really is a "UFO", I dont know what it truly is, just what it could be...

It looks like its falling.
Not traveling.
Its tumbling like a piece of space junk.
Perhaps from those satellites that crashed into each other.

could be more to it though

It looks like a piece of paper to me or perhaps a piece of semi-stiff cloth. I have a hard time thinking this is anything but trash that got picked up by the wind.
