NEW YORK - The U.S. government will exchange up to $25 billion in emergency bailout money it provided Citigroup Inc. for as much as a 36 percent equity stake in the struggling bank, greatly increasing the risks to taxpayers as voter unhappiness about the broader bailout program rises.

This is all such a comedy of errors.

This U.S Government cant even balance their own budgets.

How could anyone possibly consider that "They"are capable
of running a national financial institution ? Which is exactly where the think they are going with this "Wag The Dog"

Nationalism,Socialism,Fascism ? Take your pick

I told you guys...we are not interested in the Nationalization of banks...and also No More Earmarks...

Oops...i think i fibbed.




You're right it's just a bunch of BS and more will come. We've all become used to it now since the spending proposals and bailouts have become a daily occurrence.

I wish it would stop..but they won't.

I hope the protests continue to pick up.
