I agree with most of what you are saying except no one should have here options closed down forever.

People do change and grow, if they are able to be adults and take on adult responsible action then they should have children.

People do not take the issue of raising a human being with enough forethought and just do it.

Octo-mom is a glaring example of a person not taking child baring seriously and she turned it into a circus for profit.
