What do ATS readers think of a 'smart' war on terror where we switch AXA/Power Corp's life-insurance contracts from paying out after the death of al-Qaeda victims (e.g. 9/11) to payouts after the death of al-Qaeda's leaders (e.g. Osama bin Laden)?
