has anyone been following the pending mandatory conscription act, everyone from 18 to 26 forced into military. saw this article washingtontimes.com...

In a non-election year this would be easier to gauge. I would be curious if anyone could say whether there is anything to this. I was too young to remember the 60's 70's draft.
