ok - enlarge the picture and take a close look at the American Flag... Normal... Constitution Enforce "No Gold Fringe on Flag"
and now look at these photo's - flags have visible gold fringe --

Now look at these pictures they show gold fringe ... does this mean anything... other than someone is swearing in to protect and defend the constitution using a Flag that states its meaning as a place where the consitution is suspended.

Also...note in the first and second pic shield says President elect.
The last pic is the one at the swearing in ceremony with the shield of The President.
