Seriously, does this suprise anyone anymore? They are obviously above the law. They buy sex with our money, live life without worries, and then don't have to account to anyone for it.

I suspect it's the discreet&clean type and much like buying watches or jewlery, worth tens or hundreds of thousands of dollars, spending a great deal on something that can be had far cheaper is a attempt to advertise your wealth and status.
