Conspiracy signs before events

When it comes to September 11, 2001, I have seen numerous icons, images or 'signals' people say either indicate some conspiracy insider knowledge or as a sign from some sort of universal consciousness. Example of these are the folded dollar bill, the Simpson's episode, wingdings font code etc.

Has anyone ever noticed or uncovered such things for other major events/catastrophes in history?

Has anyone come across any they think are predictors/indicators for future events?

Have you heard of reinhardt? The best signs to watchout for would be in the MSM.

But seriously, it's hard to recognize the signs of the secret hints until AFTER the event, I guess that's the point of this, huh?
