US Rep. Kaptur of Ohio: Foreclosed Owners Should Squat In Their Own Homes.

I hope this starts a grass roots movement and spreads across the www. and puts the fear of God into the banks, and lending institutions, that they can no longer push their customer's around and treat them like ****!!

I just emailed this page to all my friends facing hard times and possible foreclosure.

I think it was Zeitgeist addendum that pointed out that the banks never actually honored the contract by providing a real item of value in exchange. That's also an effective technique.

Funny how sometimes homes with bad wires or space heaters burn down.

This is definitely an attempt by this Kaptur to spread godless communism and secular humanism in the United States.

I mean if anybody can take somebody else's property... That is communism! If private property is not respected there is no freedom! This is very definitively an attempt to spread Soviet communism in the USA! And God help us in other Western countries if the USA becomes a commie nation... Then we have nobody to protect us!

You know, there is a saying: "You are on my property!" After you have said that you have the right to shoot all squatters with your scatter-gun. That is the law of private property and that is the will of God.

I mean if somebody is squatting on somebody else's property then it is just Godless communism. It is no excuse to have owned the house previously. Credit is sacred and if you cannot pay your bills, then the foreclosure is 100% legal to me. Of course every bum loves communism, but we have to have the God-given laws of private property and free enterprise enforced in the western countries, otherwise we will be like:

- Stalin's Soviet Union
- Mao's China
- Pol Pot's Cambodia

The list of frightening examples of Godless communism is endless.

So who is this Kaptur person? The name sure sounds kinda Russian to me. Maybe Kaptur means Capture as in "Kaptur the private propetry, Kaptur the freedom!"

And who started the financial crisis? It was David Rockefeller, a former KGB agent. So now you know what this is. It is an attempt to create disrespect for private property in all of the Western world. The Bankers, the Rockefellers, the Bilderbergs, these Illuminati people, they are surely planning to move us towards communism!

I, for one, would surely get all of my Guns of Survival if somebody was squatting on MY property! These Illuminati people will NEVER get my property!

actually forcing the bank to produce the note in court is a good idea. If they can't produce the note the foreclosure proceeding will be put on hold until the bank can produce the note. and if they cannot produce it I think we'll see Judges doing 1 of 2 things either ordering in favor of the homeowner and throw out the foreclose. or we will see judges order that the bank must renegotiate the mortgage with more favorable terms for the homeowner.

Also in the youtube video that AllSeeingI provided the lady offered the bank a catchup payment and they refused the payment. If your in a foreclosure situation and the bank refuses any payment you offer consult a lawyer. some states have laws on the book that if you offer a payment and the debt holder refuses the debt is no longer valid and must be reported as paid in full!

Also the bank has to list everything they are suing for. and any fees that they try to claim they have to say what they are. If they just list them as other, force them to explain in court just exactly what those fees are. and if they are unreasonable the judge should deny those fees.

Disclaimer I am not a lawyer always consult a lawyer that specializes in foreclosures, or Bankruptcies on these types of matters

hahaha i dont care if the squatters are irresponsible or whatever

i just wanna see the banks pay for their greed

you can argue the ethics of it all u want but i really dont mind

the banks have no ethics never did never will, they deserve to collapse and get forclosed on themselves , and all i can do is laugh

i dont even loan 10 $ to my best friend, so i cant possibly see why a bank would be DUMB enough to loan 300,000 $ to a guy who makes 10$ an hour

you cant blame the brainless citizens, you can only blame those bankers with "college degrees in economics" for being totally stupid and walking right into this

so when a banker drops his money into a fireplace you blame the fire? no you blame the idiot banker

nuff said

Its a good idea and maybe would make it take longer and get extra time.
But at the end of the day the Judge will just eventually write the order and the cops will throw them out.
The Judges work for the banks remember.

I’m all for people doing whatever they can to stick it to the banksters. This economic implosion was intentionally created, and the PTB are reaping huge rewards off of it. During the creation of the bubble they profit handsomely off of the exploding growth, then they take their profit just before the plug is pulled and buy up the failing companies at pennies on the dollar. It’s the same cycle that we’ve seen for centuries, and one that is made possible by allowing a private bank to control our money.

There is plenty of blame to be passed around. It doesn't ALL sit squarely on the shoulders of one individual or group.

The home buyers who thought they could afford the big fancy house when they couldn't...
The lenders who told them they could afford it when they couldn't...
A society built on the foundation of debt...
The government who wasn't responsible enough to keep it from happening...

There is just way too much wrong in this entire economic debacle to single out any one person and say "It's your fault"

But what is a darn shame is no one wants to accept responsibility for any of it. Everyone screwed up, and no one admits it.

I mean in all seriousness, a home buyer who can not pay for their house should have their house repossessed. A bank who lies to people should be shut down. A society built on debt should fail. A government who is completely irresponsible should be replaced.

So far, home buyers ARE having their houses foreclosed on.. But then you have the government as irresponsible as ever, saving unethical and bad business practicing banks, with people demanding the government fix it and give them their old cushy debt-based society back.

Basically, the people are bending over...and the government and banks just keep ramming away....

I read that Obama will "reduce mortgage costs...". It would be great if he reduced EXISTING mortgage costs.

That's what really needs to be done. "A homeowner bail out."
This is what would really help.

But, from what I understand this "reduced mortgage costs" is for new mortgages?

There are very few informed people in the USA. If you watch news like Lou Dobbs, Glenn Beck then you are one pissed off American. They have been telling us for years of what would happen. The only time that they were full of BS is during the election. They were trying to pick the lesser of two evils and they both know it does not really matter.
Soooo, what's that make, maybe 3 to 5 million at the most. Against 300 million, we are called crack pots, etc. I get this attitude with my only wife and kids. The wife finally sees it, but would rather stick her head in the sand. My kids are late 20's and early 30's and run from it like they might have to shut off there games to listen.

There are only a small handful of our congress that are not corupt and really stand for the people. Some are a little to socialist for my flavor, but at least they understand the important item and agree.
When it happened, 1913, what long term affect it has had, driving the middle class out, and the dangers of the future, no middle class.
Any type of Govt can work like the sales ad says. But, no matter what you have, the very few, 12 families, that control most of the world enconomic power will always find a way to make the big spread and control. They had to try several times in the USA to make it finally stick. We told them to stuff it twice and paid off the debt and went back to the gold standard and silver.
The biggest problem we have now, is that there are too many people in the world to go back to the standard and they know it. So, there is no easy answer. I know that somehow, someway, there will be a big enough war pretty soon to help keep us occupied, and de-populate the world.

There is only one way out of this that is the right way. Our Govt. can print out the money and not borrow it from the FEDERAL RESERVE. It will not be easy, but it stops the insane way they do it now. Our govt actually prints the money and sell it to the FED RES for the cost of printing. I think that is like .02 cents per bill. Then they borrow it back to the Govt. at full value plus interest. What a scam. There is no way to ever pay off any of the Debt.

I say, take all the Debt and make our own settlement with them taking into consideration of the 96 years they have been screwing us. I think that we can tell them to piss off. No Debt.
If they have borrowed to other countries then they can have the debt to pay them back.
If we owe another country, we can set a fair term and slowly pay them back. Rein in the Govt spending, drop taxes, bring back manufacturing to the states. They try to make it so complicated so we do not understand.
It's not that hard to undo. It just takes people that represent us to not be connected to us.
Our country is always suppose to be a constant fight to keep it in check. We have had 96 years of only self interest in our daly lives. These wars and such are complete BS. If we take care of ourselves and just keep an eye out. If they raise oil too much, cut off the food and other items.

If we do go to war, first bomb the crap out of them. If that does not work, take their land. We f'd up in WWII with Japan. We should have taken it.
In Europe it was different, we where there help friends keep thiers.
Like in the case of Japan, we could eventually let them have it back, but only to our advantage. We did this somewhat, but if you remember years back they were starting to own everything we had.

We should own by now half of the mid-east. If we are not going to take it and all it's resources, then leave it alone and let them defend for themselves.

Sorry, went from money to war. But it's all connected by the same sick group of world bankers. If one does not believe this, one is a complete fool that has not studied the facts of history thoughout time.
