It seems to me that if the Chief Exec of Northampton county council can't have this guy stripped of his powers and privileges as a county councillor.

This guy gets a lot of bad press around my area, but this takes the biscuit! If he is as bad as we're told, then he should be gotten rid of.

Its just ridiculous no one has the power to step in and stop people acting like this until an investigation has been completed. They should be suspended whilst it was investigated like any other civil servant is.
