The use of White Phosphorus munitions under the pretext of smoke screens will be a hard sell for the IDF. But I don't see any reason of using D.U. in a populated area .

The IDF theatened to kill the IAEA inspectors when they tried to go to Dimona - guns where pointed at them and other direct threatening actions.
