Because he is a billionaire? Besides, its not like he actually designs any of the stuff 'his'company sells, or he is even that intelligent. He is
the frontman for a company.
What about the renal transplant surgeon at my work that has pancreatic cancer- surely we should save him so that he can continue his work that saves
dozens if not hundreds of lives a year?

And his technology is not revolutionary hardware wise he is just buying parts
from the manufactures and puts them together. Not talking about the design.
