It would appear Barack Obama will name Retired General Jonathan Scott Gration as the next head of NASA. This seems interesting to me since he has no space flight expierence whatsoever, although he has an impressive Airforce career. Gration was born in Africa where his parents missionaries, and has been a vocal advocate of President Elect Obama. This would be the second appointment to a critical position of the US to a person with no prior expierence.
