Okay, so here's the obvious comment. What happened to global warming, guys? It's not just a fluke that these record cold temperatures are being set.
We're talking temperatures that are so dangerous here in the continental U.S., not Alaska, that ski resorts are having to close!
You still going to side with the eggheads that blame "La Nina" for the anomalous cold temperatures in 2008 that now extend into 2009? How about just
admitting that Global Warming is a buttload of BOLLOCKS and admitting that it's far more feasible that the earth goes through periods of warm and cold
cycles through its evolutionary period? Or would that be too un-Democratic, un-Gore-ish, un-inconvenient of you?

MINNEAPOLIS – Arctic air extended its grip Wednesday with below-zero temperatures stretching from Montana to northern New England and frost nipping the Gulf Coast.(visit the link for the full news article)
A few ski areas in Vermont and northern Minnesota closed for the day because of the cold — 38 below zero at International Falls, with the wind chill during the night estimated at 50 below.

Like Ive been saying for ages, its not damn global warming, its the El Nino and La Nina weather patterns, which by the way can last for vast periods
