Feds move to charge man in false evacuation order

On one hand I totally understand why charges are being pursued, he did have that big USGS banner at the top of the page.

On the other hand, there have been plenty of predictions on the net before.

I guess the moral of the story is... if you make a prediction/evacuation order in the future, do not make it look professional or affiliate it with anything legitimate.
