Ok just found this on youtube and at first glance I thought that it must be cgi.But after watching in high quality(follow this link) uk.youtube.com... and pausing I am not 100% sure, must be cgi, right?

Normal quality below..

only thing that screams "CG" is the camera work..
put yoruself in a CG artist's mind for a sec..
"oo i'm gonna make a cg vid where i'm seemingly just videotaping random buildings.. then i'm gonna pan slowly. creating crappy shakey useless video. .then i'm gonna shift real FAST to the left (this is where it's rediculous) .. as if i'm a person that sees it and turns his head.. but.. i'm looking throguh a camera lense.. and.. cant see it off screen till i..
oh you get the point..
it's too "acted"
he planned what he was going to do before he filmed it.

if you're gonna do something convincing.. you have to be more random and nonchalant.
not so "ooh over there.. (fast dramatic pan and zoom) blah.

only convincing CG vids are ones that are like.. completely still.. already on the ufo.. and it moves only a little.. and are blurry then focused then blurry again.. go behind trees etc...
without "oo wow look!" fake excited voicing.

i get more annoyed at amateur attempts ad hoaxery than i do the existence of hoaxery.

Could this ufo have something to do with the gas dispute with Russia, was the pipe line targeted by it?Of course that is just a wild guess by someone who should know better.

It rates along side all of the best footage of Ufos...
It's a fake, a ball bearing on a string and then the
guy behind the cameraman flicks the fishing rod
and the ball speeds away.

Although a website about filming mundane buildings
could be helluva money-maker.

Good guess,I had not even considered that it was not cgi and maybe a film of a real object like a ball bearing. The ball thing ufo does look real, but then again cgi is very good now so hard to tell.Like the previous poster hit on, that the way it was filmed says more about it being fake than the object its self.

Yeah, I mean.. any one notice that when somebody is
panning a possibly new camera about, or filming what
seems a typical peaceful scene, a strange craft or shape
appears.
The typical reaction of the camera person is to lock onto it,
blur the image while attempting to focus on it and then after
the traditional shaking, the object speeds away.

Maybe in future, Ufo investigators should just 'pretend' to
film boring surroundings and then Heh presto! a spaceship
appears!

One of the worst cgi examples of anything I have ever seen, not just in UFO hoaxes.

It's a still photograph with some kind of object placed on it through cgi.

It's a pathetic attempt.

Still photo? It certainly looks sus and seems strangely out of focus I will give you that.Mind you it would have to have been a very wide photo as he moves the camera along way horizontally.

I just found this ufo news item that has a guy seeing a very similar ufo as in this fake? Ukraine video..

Quote..[“It looked like a silver basketball, but a lot bigger. It was above the tree right here,” he said, pointing to a tree directly across the street from the convenience store. “Then it took off west and was gone.”]

I would image a normal sized photograph. Some sort of program creates a viewable box (the camera lens) and then scans, increases field of view or decreases it. That explains why the photograph is such a low resolution, compared to the so-called UFO when the image zooms in. It zooms into a clear sky, without any buildings to give away the zooming affect that a magnifying effect would have on a photograph (low resolution etc).

The "UFO" is the only animated object.

That's my opinion anyway.
