Well it was a natural disaster. That is an act of God, not the Army Corps of Engineers fault.

Perhaps if this lady wasnt barking up the wrong tree, there wouldnt be all this nonsense to begin with.

She should have bashed God for causing the flooding, not the Army Corps of Engineers.

And it wasnt like people down there didnt know there was a major hurricane comming. They could have evacuated, but choose not to. So its someone else's fault now that they made the wrong choice and got their feet wet?
