Seems like the cold war is still going strong to me. And with the Russians being broke and their history of selling weapons to other countries who
knows.
I am sure the U.S. knows the weakness with their vigilant spying but the Russians seem pretty confident. Oh think of the countries that would like to
get ahold of this.
