Canada's Bird Flu Cases Spreading

Topic started on 2-4-2004 @ 02:43 PM by thedarkprojekt

Augh not again, first the cattle industry being crippled, now perhaps the poultry industry? Looks like Canada is once again in a boiling pot when it comes to our food standards

Here is something to watch out for:

"The strain of the virus under investigation is not known to seriously affect humans, but two workers involved in removing diseased birds contracted mild illnesses."

Anyways, what do you think about a Canada poultry ban? Should the US our biggest trading partner ban all imported poultry now?

No. Banning is not good. Well, that is its bad for our economy. The good thing that comes out of banning our meat is that we get it for really, really cheap!
